VPANC Accomplishments
Dr. Oanh Vu was the President-Elect for the provisional Executive Committee that was responsible for researching and writing the Bylaws and the Constitution of the VPANC.
He became the first President of the Association when it was formally established in 1989.
During this time, Ao Trang (white coat) magazine debuted.
He was also the Chair of the Organizing Committee for the Second Vietnamese Physician National Convention in San Jose on Mach 29,1991.
