11:30 -12: 00 PM : “Diabetes”
12:00-1:00 PM: Lunch at Trinity center
1: 00-1:30 PM: “ Asthma in children”
1:30-200 PM:“ Hepatitis B ”

The following services will be offered by doctors, physician
assistants, nurses, pharmacist and others
Health screen and services including free flu vaccinations, screening blood tests for diabetes and hepatitis B, blood pressure check, eye checks, screening DEXA scan, lab results interpretation, health information brochures.
"Ask The Doctors"(a 3 hour session): attendees will have ample opportunity to ask questions on health issues from a large panel
of primary care physicians and specialists.
