Vietnamese Physician Association of Northern California successfully held its 2010 health fair on Sunday November 7, 2010 at the Most Holy Trinity Church in San Jose, California. There was a surprisingly large turnout in this year health fair; even though it was a rainy day. Well over a thousand attendees, physicians, nurses, and volunteers participated in the event. It was well covered by media.

At The Most Holy Trinity Church, 2040 Nassau Dr, San Jose, CA 95122 from 9:00 AM to 2:30:00 PM All of services were free to the public. Activities were held in 2 halls of the church. In Parish Hall: there was following lectures 9:00-9:30 AM: “ Osteoporosis” 9:30-10:00 AM: " Hypertension" 10:00-10:30 AM:“Smoking Cessation” 10:30-11:00 AM: “Minimally invasive surgery for back pain” 11:00 AM-11:30 PM: “Women's health” 11:30 AM-12: 00 PM : “Acute abdominal pain” 12:00-1:00 PM: Lunch at Trinity center 1: 00-1:30 PM: “ Updates on flu” 1:30-200 PM: “ Hepatitis B ” In Trinity Center (Auditorium): there was the following services with participation of 40 doctors and physician assistants. 9:00 AM-12:00 PM: Health screen and services including flu vaccinations, blood tests (sugar, hepatitis B), blood pressure check, eye checks, screening DEXA scan, health information brochures. "Ask The Doctors" session: attendees will have ample opportunity to ask questions on health issues from a panel of physicians of different specialties. 12:00 PM-1:00PM: Lunch. Announcement of raffle ticket winners. 1:00 PM-2:30 PM: Live music entertainment with local singers in our community. Tại: Hội trường nhà thờ Chúa Ba Ngôi -The Most Holly Trinity church, 2040 Nassau Dr., San Jose CA 95122 (đối diện trừơng trung học Overfelt) Vào cửa tự do và các dịch vụ hoàn toàn miễn phí. Chương trình đã được thực hiện tại hai hội trường trong khuôn viên nhà thờ. A. Tại Parish Hall: có những bài thuyết trình về y học 9:00-9:30 AM “ Bệnh loãng xương” 9:30-10:00 AM "Bệnh cao áp huyết" 10:00-10:30 AM “ Cai thuốc lá” 10:30-11:00 AM “ Tiểu giải phẫu cho bệnh đau lưng” 11:00-11:30 AM “Sức Khỏe Phụ Nữ” 11:30 AM-12:00 PM “Đau bụng cấp tính” 12:00 -1:00 PM Ăn trưa tại hội trường Trinity center 1:00-1:30 PM “Cập nhật về bệnh cúm” 1:30-2:00 PM “ Bệnh viêm gan B” B. Tại Trinity Center: có những dịch vụ dưới đây với sự góp sức của 40 bác sĩ và phụ tá bác sĩ. 9:00 AM-12:00 PM: 1. Chich ngừa cảm cúm cho 500 người 2. Đo áp huyết 3. Thử viêm gan B, thử đường trong máu. 4. Khám mắt 5. Truy tầm bệnh loãng xương (screening DEXA scan) 6. Tham khảo với các Bác Sĩ chuyên khoa và gia đình 7. Các quầy trưng bầy tài liệu Y học thường thức 12:00-1:00 PM: Ăn trưa.
